The easiest way to book is the quote form: share your dates, where you’re staying, your group size and any dietary needs, and Julián will reply personally by email with a menu idea and a quote. Every request and message is answered personally by Julián, in Spanish or English. If he’s mid-service, he’ll reply as soon as the kitchen is clean.
